Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, assessing their physical capabilities and creating treatment strategies that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, frequently reassessing clinical signs and symptoms to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, including SOAP notes, treatment progress summaries, and comprehensive care plans, in our electronic health record system to ensure seamless communication across the care team.
• Provide education to patients and their families, helping them understand their recovery processes and preparing them for the challenges they may face during therapy.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and other organizational objectives while promoting the core values and mission of Flex Health Solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to discuss treatment plans for clients receiving multiple therapy services, thereby enhancing overall care coordination.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits.
