Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions by reviewing medical history, evaluating limitations, and identifying rehabilitation goals through detailed physical examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Implement and guide treatment sessions while applying independent judgment to adapt strategies based on the patient's responses and progress.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers regarding treatment progress, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
• Document patient evaluations and treatment progress accurately in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of patient information.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications that support recovery and injury prevention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The orthopedic physical therapist will work primarily with individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and conditions such as arthritis, fractures, and post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
