Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical history, and personal goals to develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of treatment modalities including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities aimed at pain relief and functional improvement.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, home exercises, and ways to promote functional independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with the latest in physical therapy practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
