Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs based on thorough assessment and evaluation.
• Execute treatments that include manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress consistently and modify treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain open and supportive communication with patients regarding their progress, addressing any concerns and educating them on home programs and self-care techniques.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment modifications using our clinic's electronic health record (EHR) system, following all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, and elderly patients addressing mobility concerns related to aging. You will play a pivotal role in guiding these individuals through their recovery processes, empowering them to regain their physical capabilities and improve their overall wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program; a Master's degree is preferred but not required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in physical therapy or related healthcare fields.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities, as well as excellent clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Bone Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
