Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations due to injuries or chronic conditions.

• Provide educational resources to patients and their families on treatment protocols, recovery processes, and post-discharge care.
• Engage in regular re-evaluations to assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on clinical findings.

• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for each patient.
