Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique condition and functional goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation modalities to improve patient outcomes, coordinating effectively with the wider healthcare team.
• Deliver high-quality care and maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring that patients feel supported throughout their treatment process.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment plans, exercises, and self-management strategies to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Meet and exceed minimum utilization goals and contribute positively to the overall business objectives of the practice.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain organized records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role encompasses a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient in word processing and EHR systems, ensuring accurate documentation and patient information management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients and the community, fostering a supportive and motivational environment.
• Passion for positively impacting how individuals manage their health and rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a home care setting or working with patients across multiple specialties, such as geriatrics or sports rehabilitation, is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to attractive compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
