This role is based in our modern outpatient therapy facility in Gainesville, Florida, where we provide a collaborative and innovative work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, with an emphasis on early intervention and prompt evaluations.
• Perform and interpret clinical evaluations and re-evaluations with precision, ensuring that results are communicated effectively within the scope of your licensure.
• Conduct thorough chart reviews and gather necessary data to support patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team to discuss patient histories, treatment needs, and progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans when needed.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of complex medical diagnoses, lab results, and contraindications to provide optimal treatment recommendations for patients facing challenging health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Move Right Therapy, you'll work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating from sports injuries. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience under pressure and enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient therapy setting is highly desirable.
• A history of utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatric and pediatric patients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and patient caseload. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
