Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and progress.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to promote healing, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
