Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and disabilities, integrating clinical findings into a personalized treatment plan.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting recovery, enhancing mobility, and alleviating pain.
• Engage in consultations with healthcare providers regarding a patient's continuum of care to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress, documenting evaluations, treatment plans, and patient interactions in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Guide and educate patients and their families about their treatment plans, expected outcomes, and discharge criteria.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and aides, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, community outreach programs, and departmental meetings to maintain open communication and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
