Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients' specific needs and goals through thorough evaluations and health history reviews.
• Maintain an efficient patient load, averaging one individual per hour, to ensure focused and specialized care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques aimed at enhancing mobility.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational strategies to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment provided accurately in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, such as WebPT.
• Monitor patient progress continuously, adjusting treatment modalities based on effectiveness and patient feedback.
• Provide ongoing motivation and encouragement to patients throughout their recovery journey to empower them towards achieving their wellness goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care plans that address all aspects of patient health.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, adhering to best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Insightful Motion Therapy, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse clientele includes individuals of all ages, from active athletes to elderly patients requiring rehabilitation for mobility issues. Understanding their unique challenges and tailoring your approach will be paramount in facilitating their recovery and engagement in everyday activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with preference for candidates holding a Master’s or Doctorate (MPT or DPT) in Physical Therapy.
• Active and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Clear record with no board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, encompassing soft tissue mobilization and joint manipulation.
• Experience designing and executing personalized exercise programs based on individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings, specifically treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Demonstrated success in delivering evidence-based interventions that foster patient engagement and drive positive outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with other healthcare providers to create cohesive patient care solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
