The Boulder Orthopedic Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Gresham, Oregon. Physical Therapists will work onsite, closely with a diverse group of healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, relieving pain, and enhancing motor function.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional capacity through diagnostics, such as muscle and joint assessments.
• Oversee the execution of the therapy plan by Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring the highest quality of care delivery.
• Administer various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, traction, and massages, tailored to each patient’s requirements.
• Evaluate and modify prosthetic and orthotic devices to enhance patients' mobility and independence.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, care plans, and discharge summaries.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating effectively on patient care strategies.
• Consult with patients and their families, instructing them on therapeutic exercises and the proper use of equipment.
• Stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and practices, applying new knowledge to improve patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. We cater to a diverse demographic, from young athletes to seniors, providing tailored therapy that aligns with their individual rehabilitation goals. Your role directly impacts their journey to recovery, facilitating not just physical healing, but also empowering them to regain confidence in their mobility.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience, preferably within an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting.
• Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
• A strong commitment to excellence in patient care with a collaborative team spirit.
• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with creativity and professionalism.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within an outpatient orthopedic clinic is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) software for efficient patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
