Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Create individualized treatment and care plans that address specific patient goals, taking into account their unique conditions and progress.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to deliver effective hands-on treatment.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Enhance patient engagement by providing clear instructions and supportive communication, helping them understand their treatment journey and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in educational training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve clinical skills and contribute to shared knowledge within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients encompass a broad spectrum, including individuals recovering from major surgeries, injuries, and chronic illnesses. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (a Master's degree is preferred but not required).
• A valid and current Physical Therapist license issued in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• A commitment to a patient-centered approach and the delivery of exceptional quality care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription.
• Working knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems for accurate documentation and progress tracking.
• Background in treating a diverse patient demographic, including geriatric or pediatric cases, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
