Athletic Edge Physiotherapy is seeking an enthusiastic Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Temecula, California. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a vital role in helping patients recover from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. With a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will work closely with our patients to enhance their mobility and overall quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve functional movement.
• Educate patients about proper body mechanics, effective injury prevention strategies, and personalized recovery techniques.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatments in compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participate in community outreach and patient education initiatives, increasing community awareness about orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Provide emotional support to patients during their recovery process, ensuring their psychological well-being alongside physical healing.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
