Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing assessment techniques to identify limitations and establish tailored treatment programs.
• Design and implement individualized therapeutic interventions, applying a diverse range of treatment modalities that may involve manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about their conditions and empower them with strategies for self-management and prevention of future injuries.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary in conjunction with other team members to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Provide consistent and exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for all patients.
• Track and document all patient interactions and treatments in the clinic’s electronic medical record system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through integrated care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, encompassing orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. You will have the opportunity to treat individuals of all ages, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification and competency in basic life support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a propensity for building positive relationships with patients and team members.
• Proficient computer skills for patient documentation and data management.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in outpatient settings and specific expertise in specialized populations such as pediatrics or sports rehabilitation will be highly regarded. Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction scores will be considered a significant asset.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
