Work Environment

This role is primarily offered in an onsite setting, directly within patients' homes. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions in a comfortable environment for the patient. With collaborative input from our multidisciplinary team, you can leverage a wide range of expertise to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and establish corresponding treatment goals.
• Adhere to a manageable patient load, ensuring you see one patient per hour to provide focused and effective care.
• Deliver cost-effective treatment plans that utilize evidence-based techniques to improve patients' mobility and functionality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall patient care.
• Continuously monitor treatment effects, documenting progress and adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients span various demographics, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or seeking rehabilitation after injury. You will play a crucial role in helping clients regain their strength, mobility, and independence. Your expertise in manual therapy techniques will be invaluable in delivering tailored interventions that cater to individual recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Impeccable professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficient understanding and application of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Strong ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings will be highly regarded, providing you with a solid foundation to excel in this role. Familiarity with home care practices and patient-centered treatment modalities can further enhance your effectiveness in this position.

Compensation and Benefits
