Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to develop customized treatment plans based on patients’ individual needs and physician referrals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using a variety of techniques for conditions including orthopedic injuries, pediatric developmental delays, neurological disorders, and sports-related issues.
• Deliver patient-centered care, ensuring excellent communication and customer service throughout the treatment process.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes while adhering to evidence-based practices.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and how to support recovery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and share insights with team members to enhance care quality.
• Meet productivity expectations and engage in performance improvement initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic illnesses, or seeking rehabilitation from sports injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to establish rapport and trust with patients and their families.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in a clinical or home care setting.
• Experience treating a wide array of conditions, particularly in pediatrics and neurology, is advantageous.
• Demonstrable success in achieving patient goals and maximizing rehabilitation outcomes through innovative treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
