Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of a collaborative and professional environment that encourages teamwork among colleagues and focuses on achieving exceptional patient outcomes.

• Stay compliant with the Florida State Practice Act and WC Regulations, ensuring that all therapy practices align with legal requirements.
• Drive patient satisfaction by enhancing the overall experience for clients through ongoing feedback and data-driven adjustments to service delivery.
• Oversee clinical outcomes, addressing any outlier cases in collaboration with staff therapists to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Streamline workflows for patient capture, referral processing, and scheduling, aiming to reduce wait times and improve therapy access.
• Develop and execute personalized therapy plans for patients, emphasizing the importance of early interventions and prompt evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Senior Physical Therapist will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those with chronic pain, and clients with physical disabilities. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
