Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, assessing their strength, movement, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Regularly reassess progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, including SOAP notes, care plans, and progress summaries, in our electronic health record system in a timely manner.
• Provide education to patients and their families about their treatment plans, explaining the importance of compliance and the recovery process.
• Meet departmental utilization goals and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to ensure holistic care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Act as a cultural ambassador for Flexibility Plus Rehab, upholding our values and promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapists work with a diverse range of patients, including children and adults from various age groups, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
