Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Bellingham, Washington, providing a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere. Our clinic is designed with the latest equipment and therapeutic tools to ensure effective sessions. As part of a team of professionals, including an array of specialists in various therapy disciplines, you will work in a supportive environment that encourages shared knowledge and collaborative planning. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, ensuring regular hours that promote work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of each patient's physical capabilities and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement personalized physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, to facilitate recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress using our electronic medical record system, ensuring timely completion of SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Provide educational resources and guidance to patients and their families about the recovery process, setting realistic expectations and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic, particularly for patients seeking multiple services, to formulate holistic care strategies.
• Adhere to clinical and corporate protocols to meet utilization goals and other operational targets.
• Actively contribute to the enhancement of our clinic’s therapeutic services, integrating innovative techniques and feedback from patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Ability to perform evaluations and treatment modalities both in-person and via telehealth platforms, adapting to patient needs as necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service within a team-oriented atmosphere.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
