Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide interdisciplinary patient care teams by taking an active role in developing treatment plans and goals tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient care needs, while applying a variety of treatment techniques within the scope of practice.
• Promote patient education and provide ongoing support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and goals.
• Participate in departmental management activities, including cost management, quality assurance, and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Current physical therapy license in the State of Colorado.
• Current CPR certification required at time of hire.

Compensation and Benefits
