Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our outpatient office in Manassas, where you will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and resources. The clinic operates from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Manage a sensible caseload to ensure personalized attention and quality of care for each patient.
• Draw from your expertise in orthopedic care to provide therapeutic interventions that promote healing and restore function.
• Utilize cost-effective treatment options that enhance patient mobility while minimizing the use of pharmaceuticals.
• Conduct regular evaluations of patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment for all patients.
• Educate patients on their conditions and provide strategies for long-term wellness and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment services provided to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by incorporating strength, flexibility, and balance exercises into rehabilitation plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, such as total joint replacements, as well as non-surgical musculoskeletal issues. You will be instrumental in guiding them through rehabilitation, improving their physical performance, and empowering them to adopt healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to develop effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with advancements in physical therapy methodologies and practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated abilities in mentoring less experienced team members and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Exposure to diverse patient populations and familiarity with a range of orthopedic conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
