Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy care by managing the full continuum of therapeutic treatment for an assigned patient group, ensuring alignment with medical teams and patient goals.

• Manage your caseload efficiently by prioritizing patient needs, ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained, and coordinating seamless hand-offs and communication among care teams.

Qualifications
