Work Environment

You will work in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the heart of El Paso, TX. The facility is equipped with the latest technology and treatment modalities, creating an ideal environment for providing comprehensive physical therapy services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to determine optimal treatment approaches.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient, encompassing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrical modalities, ensuring efficient pain relief and functional improvement.
• Educate patients on strategies for injury prevention and techniques for proper body mechanics, fostering independence in their rehabilitation journey.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress while adapting treatment plans based on individual responses and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be applied to a broad spectrum of conditions, including back and neck pain, joint pain related to osteoarthritis, injuries like tendonitis and bursitis, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance and gait issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy, with preference given to those with experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Advanced knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities as well as strong analytical skills to assess patient needs effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

While we ask for at least one year of experience, we highly value candidates with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a willingness to embrace advanced treatment techniques. Compensation and Benefits
