Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to diagnose physical therapy needs based on injuries, diseases, or disabilities, and implement suitable treatment modalities.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers by providing guidance on necessary exercises and lifestyle modifications.
• Exemplify extensive knowledge and expertise in treating various age groups including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each patient’s progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in departmental activities that contribute to continuous quality improvement, including tracking treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to communicate patients’ needs effectively, contributing to interdisciplinary care plans.
• Assist with operational aspects of the department, such as managing schedules, mentoring interns, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to maintain licensure and stay abreast of the latest practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid state Physical Therapist license is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required; however, a Master’s degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

• Strong physical abilities including manual dexterity, lifting, and physical endurance.

Compensation and Benefits

Flex Well Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range between USD 1,000,000 and 1,200,000 per year, reflecting the expertise and effort of our team members.
