Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical conditions and functional capabilities of patients, taking into account their personal health histories and rehabilitation goals.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, adjusting strategies based on their progress and any changes in their condition.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities such as electrical stimulation, heat, and ice to facilitate pain relief and enhance mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, posture, and exercises to prevent future injuries, fostering a proactive approach to health.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, ensuring that treatment is effective and altering plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and participating in case discussions for holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, our benefits package includes:
