We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our exceptional team at Paradise Mind Physical Therapy & Wellness Center in Toms River, New Jersey. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping patients recover and regain their mobility and functional abilities through personalized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The successful candidate will be passionate about patient care, exhibit strong communication skills, and have the expertise to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
At Paradise Mind Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, we are committed to fostering a supportive and healing environment for our patients. Our center spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. Our team consists of skilled professionals including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all working together to deliver high-quality care primarily to patients covered by private medical insurance.
This position is full-time and requires on-site work, where you will engage with patients in a compassionate and dynamic outpatient setting. Our facility promotes an atmosphere of collaboration and respect, and we prioritize continuous improvement and professional development for our staff members. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, which allows for work-life balance while providing quality care.
At our Toms River facility, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. Our patients range from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals recovering from surgeries or chronic pain issues. We pride ourselves on our ability to create custom treatment plans that address each client’s unique conditions and goals, facilitating their journey towards optimal health and functionality.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience working specifically within orthopedic outpatient practices, demonstrating proficiency in developing and conducting targeted exercise regimens. The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
