Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, integrating patient history and assessment results to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and the treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families, fostering an inclusive approach to setting rehabilitation goals.
• Implement treatment protocols with precision, continuously adapting interventions based on patient progress and responding to changes in their condition.
• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations when required, ensuring holistic care through open communication with other healthcare providers.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely, maintaining a detailed record that tracks the patient’s progress and adapts the plan of care as necessary.

Qualifications
