Full-time Physical Therapist in Pahrump, Nevada

We are seeking an exceptional Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Practice in Nevada. We specialize in treating musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic orthopedic conditions.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 per year + benefits 

Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour schedule

Job Duties:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical cases, and chronic pain
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to restore mobility, strength, and function
• Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and medical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure the best possible rehabilitation results
• Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
