Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Rehab

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Olympia, Washington 

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized, function-focused treatment plans
• Provide hands-on, one-on-one therapy (no assembly-line care)
• Educate patients and families on prevention, biomechanics, and long-term care strategies
• Collaborate with referring providers, case managers, and fellow therapists to ensure a continuum of care
• Document accurately and in a timely manner using EMR
• Participate in staff development, community events, and mentorship (if desired)

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington (new grads welcome; mentorship provided)
• Passionate about orthopedic and/or sports rehab
• Skilled in manual therapy, functional movement, and patient education
• Collaborative, compassionate, and committed to patient outcomes
• Interested in specialization or continuing education (we support both!)
• Bilingual clinicians or those experienced with diverse populations are highly encouraged to apply
