Advanced Practice PA – Outpatient Pain and Ortho Care

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 annually + full benefits

We are hiring a Physician Assistant to join an established outpatient practice specializing in pain management and musculoskeletal care. This role offers a steady weekday schedule with a focus on hands-on procedures and longitudinal patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and formulate treatment plans for orthopedic and pain-related conditions
• Perform in-office procedures, including joint and trigger point injections
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and therapy providers
• Manage a consistent daily patient volume (approx. 16/day)
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Requirements:

• Active NYS Physician Assistant license
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• DEA license
• At least 1 year of experience in a pain, orthopedic, or rehabilitation setting
