Physician Assistant – Hands-On Outpatient Pain Management

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000 + benefits

We’re looking for a skilled Physician Assistant to join a Brooklyn-based pain management clinic. This role emphasizes direct procedural care and ongoing clinical coordination in a well-supported outpatient setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients with chronic and acute pain conditions
• Assist with procedures such as injections and nerve blocks
• Coordinate follow-up care with therapy and referring providers
• Maintain continuity of care with a consistent patient panel
• Keep thorough records using EMR systems

Role Requirements:

• Active PA license in New York
• Degree from an accredited PA program
• DEA certification
• Experience in outpatient rehab, pain, or orthopedics
