Full-time Physician Assistant in Urgent Care Needed at Your First Urgent Care Clinic

Your First Urgent Care Clinic is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. As we expand our services to better serve our community, we are seeking a talented individual to fill a key role in our urgent care facility.

Job Schedule:

• We offer a well-balanced schedule with flexible daytime shifts.
• While our clinic primarily operates during regular business hours, occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required to accommodate our patients' needs.

Salary: 
$200,000-$280,000 per year (based on experience) + Full Benefits 

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient examinations and review medical records
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood tests and X-rays
• Diagnose and treat various acute health conditions and illnesses
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for chronic diseases
• Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and schedules
• Educate patients and their families on diseases, epidemics, and preventive measures
• Oversee the overall health and well-being of patients
• Promote and encourage good health practices
• Engage in continuous professional development and research

Requirements:

• PA/NP must have an unrestricted license
• Physician’s Assistants should be a graduate of an accredited Certified Physicians Assistants Program
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, in verbal and written form.
• Sound understanding of all federal and state regulations.
• Must have a full range of mobility.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
