Psych Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Our team includes licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatric providers who work together to support the mental well-being of our clients.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP preferred) or Physician Assistant to join our team on a contractual, part-time basis to provide psychiatric medication management services. This position offers a 60/40 revenue split (you receive 60%) and the opportunity to build a flexible caseload that can grow into a full-time role over time. Care will be provided to clients across the lifespan, including children, teens, and adults.

• Perform initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed

• Collaborate with in-house therapists and staff for integrative care

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to practice policies and professional standards

• Attend periodic team meetings and case reviews

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP preferred) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric specialization

• Active and unrestricted license in [Insert State]

• Active DEA registration

• Experience providing psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults

• Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently within a collaborative setting

• Must carry individual professional liability insurance

• Compensation: 60% of collected revenue per session (practice retains 40%)

• Caseload: Start part-time with ability to increase hours/caseload to full-time

• Scheduling: Flexible, with autonomy to set your own hours
