Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite at our Joliet facility within a clinical hospital setting, which includes a combination of office space, well-equipped examination rooms, and educational facilities. Given the nature of the role, you may encounter communicable diseases and other typical clinical conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations to evaluate dermatologic conditions, identifying both normal and abnormal findings efficiently.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging to assist in developing effective treatment plans.
• Create and implement pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical care strategies, routinely monitoring and adjusting based on each patient's response and needs.
• Educate patients on their health conditions and proposed treatment plans, fostering an environment of transparency and understanding.
• Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic injections in accordance with your training and privileges.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care and optimum patient outcomes.
• Help educate and provide resources to patients and families about health maintenance, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Assist the practice in meeting key payer performance metrics to ensure the highest standards of care delivery.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Flawless Visage Specialists offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
