You will be working onsite within our hospital structure, ensuring direct interaction with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers. The office operates Monday through Friday, with typical hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work schedule that encourages a healthy work-life balance. The collaborative environment includes a supportive team of 5 physicians and 5 nurse practitioners, with whom you will work closely to develop treatment plans and enhance patient outcomes.
As a Physician Assistant, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
This position primarily focuses on a diverse patient population within a primary care context. You will be responsible for caring for individuals of all ages, managing acute illnesses, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Developing trusting relationships with patients will be essential, as you will serve as both a health practitioner and educator to enhance their understanding of health and wellness.
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Experience in primary care specialties such as internal medicine, acute care, and urgent care will be highly valued.
