This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in an onsite clinic environment, working alongside a highly respected team of OB/GYNs and Advanced Practice Clinicians. Work Environment

The Physician Assistant will operate within a surgical center setting, with a structured work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Our commitment to a collaborative approach means that PAs work closely with attending physicians and have no on-call responsibilities, allowing for a focused and balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities

• Your role will involve managing your own panel of patients while also handling physician overflow effectively.
• As a part of a fully supportive medical team, you will receive comprehensive backing from experienced Medical Doctors for all your clinical needs.
• Engage in a variety of clinical tasks including performing procedures such as IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, endometrial and vulvar biopsies, colposcopies (if trained), and circumcisions (if trained).
• Participation in our Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) council will provide you with additional resources and support.
• Take advantage of ongoing leadership training and opportunities, designed to develop your professional skills and prepare you for future advancements within the organization.

In this role, you will primarily focus on women's health, serving a diverse patient population within our surgical center. Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Physician Assistant Certification is essential.
• Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for candidates who have obtained a Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Unrestricted State Medical License is required to practice in Illinois.
• Excellent communication skills are imperative, alongside a proven ability for critical thinking, effective time management, and decision-making.
• COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all employees, with adherence to any state-specific requirements concerning booster doses prior to employment.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in the Obstetrics and Gynecology specialty.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) systems will be viewed as advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
