Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review patients' medical histories to gather essential information about their health.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies, to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of health conditions and illnesses, employing established protocols within the scope of family medicine.
• Devise personalized treatment plans for chronic and infectious diseases, adjusting as necessary based on patient responses.
• Prescribe medications and actively monitor patient responses and progress.
• Document and maintain precise patient records and scheduling to facilitate seamless care delivery.
• Educate patients and their families regarding disease processes, preventive measures, and health management strategies.
• Oversee and manage patients' overall health and well-being through regular follow-ups and assessments.
• Promote a culture of health and wellness, encouraging preventive care practices within the community.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Active state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Proven experience working as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a family health clinic or acute care setting.
• Specialization or expertise in family medicine.

• DEA registration is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
