Your First Urgent Care Clinic is seeking a dedicated and proficient Physician Assistant to become an integral member of our team. This position is based onsite at our modern facility, equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and resources. Our clinic hosts a collaborative team atmosphere where Physician Assistants work closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure the best patient outcomes. Shifts are primarily during normal business hours, with flexible daytime scheduling; however, occasional evening and weekend shifts may be needed to meet patient demand.
As a Physician Assistant at Your First Urgent Care, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults requiring urgent medical attention. We focus on treating various non-life-threatening conditions, ensuring that patients receive quick evaluations and prompt interventions.
This position offers a competitive compensation package comprising a base salary ranging from $200,000 to $280,000 based on experience. Additionally, we provide annual quality incentives that can add up to $50,000.
