Work Environment

This role is onsite at our surgical center in Phoenix, where you will work alongside a dedicated team of medical professionals in a facility equipped with the latest dermatological technology. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations to assess, diagnose, and treat various skin disorders and diseases.
• Order and accurately interpret diagnostic tests to inform clinical decisions and treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, including prescribing medication and recommending skincare regimens for optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform a range of dermatological procedures such as excisions, laser surgery, cryotherapy, biopsies, and skin cancer surgery.
• Administer cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and preventative skincare measures to empower them in their health journey.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrate patience and effective communication skills, creating a positive and collaborative environment within the clinic.

Qualifications

• A commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in training sessions and staff meetings.
• Capability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience directly related to dermatology is highly preferred, with a focus on both clinical and cosmetic aspects.
• Possession of a valid Physician Assistant License is strongly desired.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
