Smooth Solutions MedSpa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. This position is based onsite at our modern surgical center located in Pottstown, PA. Key Responsibilities

• Administer various aesthetic procedures including Neurotoxin injections, Dermal Fillers, and laser treatments, ensuring high-quality care for each patient.
• Conduct thorough skincare consultations, customizing treatment plans that align with each patient’s aesthetic goals and medical history.
• Engage in detailed follow-up with patients, maintaining a relationship that fosters loyalty and satisfaction through consistent communication.
• Document patient interactions meticulously through electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring accurate patient histories and treatment outcomes.
• Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, contributing to the governance and ethical standards of the practice.
• Participate in ongoing education and workshops to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry advancements.
• Promote wellness by educating patients about skincare products and services, proactively recommending treatments offered at our med spa.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, strictly following all infection control policies and procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients encompass a diverse demographic, from adolescents struggling with acne to adults seeking rejuvenation and anti-aging therapies. As a Dermatology PA, you will cater to individuals looking to improve their skin health and aesthetic appeal, often guiding them through their conditions and treatment journeys. You will become an integral part of their treatment progress, significantly impacting their self-confidence and well-being.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a medical spa, plastic surgery office, or similar environment.
• Hold an active Physician Assistant license in good standing, along with any necessary certifications.
• Exhibit a compassionate and professional bedside manner, fostering trust and comfort during patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with aesthetic procedures such as injectables and laser therapies, as well as familiarity with EMR systems.
• Background in marketing or sales within a healthcare or medical spa setting to effectively promote services and products.
• Certifications such as Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) are preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
