Your role as an ENT Physician Assistant will take place onsite at our surgical center, where a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers supports each patient's journey. The work environment is lively and fast-paced, with clinic hours typically running from Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While primarily a clinic-based role, you may also have rotational on-call responsibilities to ensure optimal care and immediate support for emergencies.
The ENT Physician Assistant will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from children with congenital ear problems to adults suffering from chronic sinusitis or allergies. By tailoring care to each patient's unique circumstances, you play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through specialized treatment plans and compassionate support.
While at least two years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting is required, candidates with five or more years of diverse healthcare experience, particularly in ENT or related specialties, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with diagnostic software and clinical tools relevant to ENT practices will enhance your aptitude in this role.
