Kaweah Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ENT Physician Assistant (PA) to join our esteemed medical team in Anaheim, California. This position is based onsite at our surgical center in Anaheim, California, a thriving city known for its strong community focus and diverse population. You will work approximately 40 hours per week during typical clinic hours, which run Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While the core schedule is fixed, you may be required to participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis to ensure 24/7 coverage for emergencies and patient care needs. We aim to maintain a supportive atmosphere that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
You will primarily work with a diverse patient population facing various ENT conditions, from pediatric to geriatric patients. Our goal is to provide individualized care that addresses not only the physical aspects of their conditions but also emotional and psychological needs. Your role will significantly impact patient outcomes, improving their quality of life through effective management and treatment of ENT disorders.
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 250,000 to 350,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
