Position Overview

Huntington Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Otolaryngologist to join our burgeoning team in Chandler, Arizona. Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Chandler, Arizona, our surgical center fosters a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Clinic hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities assigned on a rotational basis to ensure dedicated 24/7 patient care availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations through detailed medical history assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to accurately determine the scope of ear, nose, and throat issues.
• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that balance medical management and surgical intervention, ensuring approaches are aligned with best practices and the latest research.
• Conduct a range of surgical procedures, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries using modern surgical techniques to promote optimal patient recovery and outcomes.
• Prescribe appropriate medication and therapeutic interventions to alleviate symptoms and support patients in their healing journeys.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams including audiologists and speech-language pathologists, collaborating to improve overall patient care pathways and results.
• Educate patients and their families on their diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health measures, empowering them to actively participate in their healthcare decisions.
• Maintain meticulous electronic medical records that reflect treatment plans, patient progress, and any significant observations, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 250,000 to 350,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
