Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Perform thorough evaluations of patients with chronic pain by reviewing medical histories, conducting detailed physical examinations, and assessing pain levels using validated tools.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with our physicians and specialists to create personalized pain management plans that may include medication management, physical therapy protocols, and interventional pain procedures, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Patient Education: Educate patients regarding their pain conditions, treatment options, and self-management techniques, empowering them to play an active role in their healthcare journey.
• Procedural Assistance: Participate in and assist with various interventional pain management procedures, such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections, while ensuring patient comfort and maintaining a high standard of safety.
• Follow-up Care: Monitor patient progress regularly, modify treatment plans based on feedback and clinical assessments, and provide ongoing support through counseling and follow-up appointments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work predominantly with patients suffering from chronic pain conditions, including but not limited to neuropathic pain, musculoskeletal disorders, and post-surgical pain management. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
