Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and efficient office visits, allocating 10-20 minutes for routine consultations and longer sessions for procedures, ensuring comprehensive patient assessments and care plans.
• Deliver compassionate medical and cosmetic dermatology services, skillfully diagnosing and treating a diverse range of skin disorders, including but not limited to acne, eczema, and skin cancers.
• Perform skin examinations, biopsies, and minor surgical procedures, while educating patients on preventive care practices and treatment options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge by fulfilling continuing medical education (CME) requirements and seeking ongoing professional development opportunities in the field of dermatology.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as documenting patient records and optimizing clinic operations to enhance workflow and patient experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals of all ages seeking treatment for medical and cosmetic skin concerns. As a Physician Assistant at our clinic, you will not only address immediate dermatological issues but also play an integral role in educating patients about skin health, preventive measures, and lifestyle choices that impact their dermatological well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program with current PA-C certification, showcasing a solid foundation of medical knowledge and clinical competencies.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a medical office setting, preferably with at least two years in dermatology to ensure familiarity with the intricacies of skin health.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively analyze and address complex dermatologic cases.

Compensation and Benefits
