Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed medical evaluations and pain assessments to identify the root causes of patient pain, integrating physical, psychological, and social perspectives.
• Craft personalized treatment plans encompassing pharmacological, interventional, and non-pharmacological strategies aimed at effective pain management.
• Provide continuous care for patients with chronic pain, emphasizing rehabilitation and improvement of functionality while minimizing pain intensity.
• Address acute pain incidents involving injuries or surgeries, employing evidence-based approaches to alleviate discomfort and facilitate swift recovery.
• Prescribe and manage pain-relief medications, balancing patient preferences with medical guidelines to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
• Perform interventional procedures such as nerve blocks and epidural injections, directly contributing to patient pain relief.
• Educate patients about management strategies, encouraging self-care techniques and lifestyle modifications that empower them as active participants in their health journey.
• Maintain meticulous electronic health records (EHR), ensuring that all assessments, treatments, medical histories, and recommendations are accurately documented and accessible.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions. Our patient demographic includes individuals coping with injuries, post-operative pain, and chronic illnesses requiring specialized management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Active state medical license in good standing.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant with a focus on Pain Management or relevant specialty.
• Completion of residency training and fellowship in Pain Management is preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge of pain management practices and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits
