Work Environment

This position is based in our well-equipped outpatient office, designed for comfort and efficiency. Our clinic features modern treatment rooms, advanced medical technology, and a supportive staff who prioritize patient care. As a full-time Podiatrist, you will typically work Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, ensuring flexibility while meeting patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' foot and ankle health, accurately diagnosing various conditions including deformities, injuries, and infections, and devising personalized treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of treatment options, focusing on both conservative measures and advanced interventions such as orthotics, medications, physical therapy, and surgical procedures when indicated.
• Perform complex foot and ankle surgeries, such as bunion corrections, hammertoe repair, and fracture fixations, utilizing the latest techniques to optimize recovery and patient satisfaction.
• Manage chronic conditions, particularly diabetic foot complications and peripheral artery disease, by developing comprehensive long-term care strategies.
• Engage in patient education, emphasizing preventive foot care, lifestyle modifications, and footwear advice to empower patients to take charge of their foot health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists, to facilitate well-rounded patient care and ensure completeness of treatment plans.
• Utilize gait analysis tools to identify abnormalities and recommend suitable interventions that enhance mobility and minimize pain.
• Stay current with advancements in podiatric medicine by attending relevant conferences and workshops, actively contributing to your professional development.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise records of patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in accordance with our strict regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
