Program Supervisor - Early Treatment Program (License Required)
Henderson Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Program Supervisor to join our non-profit organization. Minimum of a Licensed (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field. Function as the leader and a core member of a collaborative Early Treatment Program whose interventions and treatment are focused on helping individuals navigate the road to recovery from an episode of psychosis, including supporting efforts to function well at home, on the job, at school, and in the social world. This individual provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the various group members for the purpose of achieving the delivery of Coordinated Specialty Care services. Assisting in designing and developing program services which include planning, budgeting, organizing, and directing all services related to the program. Work collaboratively with other professionals throughout the community and aid in data collection and reporting. Assist in establishing performance standards and monitor compliance. Communicate and provide consultation/training to other levels of management, units, and community agencies and partners. Services are provided in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice and policies and procedures of HBH while assuring that the program operates within the guidelines established by the Navigate Model, the Department of Children and Families/BBHC in a manner that is consistent with HBH mission, vision and values. This is a position that requires a portion of time in direct service and availability to work irregular hours, including evenings, overnights, and weekends; as well as on-call duties. Knowledge of medical terminology normally acquired over one or more years of work experience in related service. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required. Possess a valid Florida driver’s license. Exhibit proof of auto insurance coverage in the amount of $10,000/$20,000/$10,000 for liability.
