Salary Range: $149,760 – $166,400 DOE

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Psychiatrist to provide advanced mental health services in a community care environment. The position involves clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and psychopharmacological management, particularly for patients requiring specialized care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide psychiatric evaluations with attention to psychosocial and medical history
2. Formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
3. Monitor and adjust medications, ensuring safe and effective care
4. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach
5. Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and community outreach
6. Keep thorough and compliant medical records

Qualifications

1. Medical degree and completed psychiatric residency
2. Board Certification through ABPN
3. Unrestricted California Medical License
4. Interest in working with diverse and high-acuity populations
5. Proficiency in both independent and team-based care models
