Compensation:  $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

Our team is seeking a dedicated Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) to provide virtual psychological services to individuals experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. This role focuses on telehealth-based assessments, therapy, and psychological interventions to support patient mental health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments via secure telehealth platforms.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and other modalities, in a remote setting.
  • Offer crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and stabilization services.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment strategies, and provide psychoeducation to patients and families.
  • Provide consultation services to medical staff regarding mental health concerns and treatment recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations for patient confidentiality and ethical practice.
  • Participate in virtual case consultations, professional development, and ongoing training.

Qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) license in Oregon (Required).
  • Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy, assessments, and treatment planning, preferably in a telehealth setting.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and experience treating a wide range of psychological conditions.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and crisis intervention skills.
